When you are running a referral program you want the rules and details to be accurate in order to avoid confusion and run a clean and accurate campaign. We have consolidated the most relavant T&C depending on your campaign and you can find them below:
Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (these "Referral Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for your participation in our referral program named: YOUR-COMPANY Reward Program (the "Referral Program").
Acceptance of these Referral Terms.
By participating in the Referral Program in any way, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Referral Terms, you may not participate in the Referral Program. We may revise these Referral Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. When we revise these Referral Terms, we will post the revised version on the YOUR-COMPANY website.
Eligibility.
Any person who lives in the USA or abroad and has the legal capacity to do so is eligible to take part. Excluded from participating in the contest are the company employees of YOUR-COMPANY Ltd as are their first-degree relatives.
Earning Referral Rewards.
The rewards of the Referral (“Referral Rewards”) are going to be TBD collected in the Referral Program.
It is specified that the rewards be given on the grounds of a Referral Program and not on any other grounds, especially not on the grounds of a donation. By extension, the rewards can only be retrieved in the context of this Program.
Description of the Referral Program.
Individuals are asked to enter their details into a signup form, in order to use the YOUR-COMPANY service and then to refer other individuals to use the YOUR-COMPANY service, by mentioning their details. Automated emails are generated to inform both parties of the activity towards them (i.e.inviting the invitee and welcoming the referrer). Those who fill in their details on the signup form will be considered participants for the duration of the Referral Program. Individuals collect points as follows:
[EXAMPLE] Each purchase over $50 offers 100 points.
[EXAMPLE] Each purchase over $50 within a week from the previous purchase of over $50 offers 200 points.
[EXAMPLE] For each referred individual that purchases for the first time, the referrer gets 1,000 points.
[EXAMPLE] For each referred individual that signs-up to YOUR-COMPANY, the referrer gets 1,000 points.
[EXAMPLE] Points expire 6 months after the latest purchase of over $50.
Non-Exclusive
The Referral Program is non-exclusive. You acknowledge and agree that we may, at any time, solicit the referrals via any method in our sole discretion.
Restrictions and Limitations.
Offer is not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate activity relating to the Referral Program. Notwithstanding any provision of these Referral Terms, we are not obligated to pay any Referral Rewards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that (a) the Sign-Up Process completed by a Qualifying Referral is not a bona fide transaction, including, without limitation, if you use a Referral link to register with more than one email (that belongs to you) or (b) you have engaged in any fraudulent or deceitful behavior in connection with the Referral Program, including, without limitation, if you, directly or indirectly, offer any person a financial or other incentive to complete the Sign-Up Process using your Referral Link or attempt to redirect traffic from, or divert Referral Rewards from, any other participant in the Referral Program. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to delay payment of any Referral Rewards while we investigate your participation in the Referral Program or any use of your Referral Links.
Termination or Suspension of Referral Program.
YOUR-COMPANY reserves the right to cancel the YOUR-COMPANY Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the YOUR-COMPANY Referral Program will be resolved by YOUR-COMPANY in its sole discretion. We respect your privacy and so we collect and process all data in accordance with USA data protection legislation currently in force.
Duration
The Referral Program will run for a limited period. YOUR-COMPANY reserves the right to change, at its discretion, the duration and schedule of the program. The public will be informed of such changes through all appropriate means.
Termination or Suspension of Referral Program
You may stop participating in the Referral Program at any time by contacting us at hello@YOUR-COMPANY.com and providing sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate the Referral Program and terminate these Referral Terms and Conditions for any reason at any time by providing notice to you (including notice via email at the email address we have from you in our records).
