If your Viral Loops widgets are not displaying on your Shopify store, it’s likely that the page placeholder was removed from your Shopify Liquid theme.
This placeholder is required for Shopify to correctly render embedded widgets.
The good news: you can fix this in just a few steps by re-adding the placeholder via the Theme Editor.
How to re-add the page placeholder in Shopify
Step 1: Open the Theme Editor
Go to your Shopify Admin
Navigate to Online Store → Themes
Click Customize on your active theme

Step 2: Select the correct page template
From the top dropdown, select Home Page
Then select Pages

Choose Default Page

Step 3: Add the Page section
Check if a Page section already exists
If it does not, click Add section
Select Page from the list

Step 4: Assign the Page content
With the Page section selected
In the right-hand menu, click Select
Choose Page as the content source

Step 5: Save your changes
Click Save in the Theme Editor

Final check
Once the placeholder is re-added and saved:
Refresh your page
Your Viral Loops widgets should now display correctly
