Setup instructions
We automatically create and register the webhook for your account. But in case this process fails, you can follow the instructionsbelow to manually register it:
Log in to your Brevo account (https://app.brevo.com/).
2. Click on Settings at the top right corner.
3. Select Contacts on the left navigation, then click on Webhooks.
4. Click on Add a New Webhook to register your campaign’s endpoint.
5. A pop-up will appear. We will need to paste in our Webhook URL. This is obtained from the Brevo Integration page in your campaign’s wizard in Viral Loops. Alternatively, you can use: https://app.viral-loops.com/api/integrations/brevo/hooks/participation/{CAMPAIGN_API_TOKEN}. While on the pop-up modal, also check “Added to a list” to send data when you receive new contacts.
6. Click Add and you'll all be set! New users will be automatically imported to your campaign.
You can go ahead and test the connection by clicking Actions,t hen Send a Test:
