What's the use of setting up a URL for the CTA in the email?

If you use a custom registration form that users have to fill before participating, you'll need this option.

In the Welcome, Successful Referral, Milestone and Booster emails, there is the option to set the URL of the CTA in the email, but when are you supposed to change the default URL here?

In case you use a custom registration form for your campaign, you wouldn't wantexisting participants to get redirected to this form again whenever they receive any of the aforementioned campaign emails.

In such cases, it makes sense for the participant to be redirected to a page that is hosting the sharing options so they can keep inviting friends instead of going back to the registration form.ย

So, by setting the Button URL of these emails to point to the page that includes the sharing state (the actual campaign page), you're actually saving clicks and time for your participants.ย
