The Segment integration tracks an event to your Segment account, when a participant joins your campaign. 

All you have to do to make it work is to set up the name of the event (that will be getting tracked) and make sure you have installed the Segment library on your website.

Then, go to the 'Integrations' step in your campaign's wizard, activate the Segment integration and select 'Edit'.

Then, input the name of the event,

Finally, save your campaign changes and that's it! 🤙🏻

NOTE: for the integration to work, please make sure that the DOI option (on the templates where this is available) is disabled. If the DOI option is enabled then the integration will not show any results, until the participants have verified their email address. You need also to make sure that the DOI email (when enable) redirects people to the URL where the Viral Loops snippet is installed and sign-up form/widget is (campaign URL).
