How can I manage my Viral Loops account?

First of all, we would like to welcome and thank you for creating a Viral Loops account!
This is the first step on your path to creating a successful marketing campaign!

Now, let's cut to the chase...

Once you create an account with Viral Loops, you become the owner of the specific account and the only person who can access it (if you wish to allow more people to have access to your account, then you would have to share your credentials with them).

In order to manage your account (after login, of course) you have to expand the drop down menu on the top right corner of your screen.


The 1st available option is "Billing" and contains two tabs: Subscription and Billing info.


Β If you're on our trial version this button is called "Upgrade your plan" and if you click on it, you can view the remaining participants and options for upgrading your subscription (for trial accounts as well as active plans).

Below the current plan table, you can see your Subscription History with all the previously issued invoices and download them:

Billing info

In this tab you can edit your billing information:

​Note: The Upgrade option can be used also for downgrading (in case you have deleted enough participants) to another plan, depending on the template you use and your participant's total.


The 2nd option "Settings", is one of the most important. Here you can see and edit your account and company info.

In "Company info" you can only edit the name but in "Account info" you can edit more fields.

Simply select the field you want to change, then do the edit and save.

Always use an active (and correctly typed) email address for your account, otherwise, you won't be able to reset/change it in case you forget your password.

In this section you can also see, select and set-up the outbound email address, for your Viral Loops campaigns

as well as the GDPR settings, in case you wish to enable this option.


The last option is "Logout" know what that does πŸ˜ƒ
