You now have the ability to track payments and purchases directly from Stripe and convert participants in Viral Loops seemingly through our new Stripe integration.
Example: You want to reward a referrer only once their referred friends buy a subscription to your product on Stripe. You can now go to the Goal section of the Campaign wizard and choose which payments you wish to track in Stripe and then convert the referred participants in Viral Loops.
Let's see how this works:
Step 1: Navigate to the Campaign Wizard, to the Goals Step
Step 2: Select "Successful after Primary Action and Additional Step" to enable Conversion Tracking
Step 3: Select "Use Stripe" to open the Stripe configuration settings.
Toggle "Enable Stripe Conversion Tracking" and click on "Connect Stripe"
Step 4: A dialogue box (modal) will appear, click on "Connect Stripe". You will be taken to Stripe's website to sign in to your Stripe Account. Follow the prompts on Stripe to install the Viral Loops App.
Step 5: Once you connect your Stripe Account, you will be redirected to the Goals Step. In the dialogue box (modal), you can choose to "Continue with all products". In this option, all your products will trigger a conversion on Viral Loops.
Step 6: Alternatively, you can choose to restrict conversion to only some of your products. In this option, only selected products will trigger a conversion in Viral Loops.
Step 7: Once done, click on "Continue with X Products" to save your conversion settings.
Step 8: "Value Tracking" is enabled by default. This means that the price of your selected products will also be tallied on conversion. You will get to know how much value your conversions are bringing right on your Viral Loops dashboard.
